My wife and I were first time home buyers and he worked with us over the course of almost 2 years to help us find our house. First he helped us look last year, but we got frustrated by our offers constantly being rejected in favor of cash buyers and since we were running out of time to get out of our existing rental, he helped us find a new rental for a year so we could wait and try again when the market had cooled off a bit. Then when we started looking again this year and did finally have an offer accepted he helped us get through the long, drawn out, aggravating process of buying a bank foreclosure.
